For the past 32 years I have utilized my expertise in social work, mental health and in-patient psychiatric to truly improve the quality of life in my patients. I have worked in some capacity with all age groups throughout my social work career, and specialize in individual, family and group therapy. Other areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, and pain management.
My patients see me at a unique integrated setting in Lafayette, CO. Besides mental health services, we also offer primary care, chiropractic, massage therapy, physical rehabilitation, and fibromyalgia treatment. I also see patient via telehealth through Headway Counseling, Betterhelp Counseling and Consulting and also work with addiction.
I most recently attained my LCSW in the state of Colorado. My educational background includes a Masters in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA, and a Bachelors in Psychology from Buena Visa University in Storm Lake, IA.
