My work with adults include trauma recovery, anxiety/depression, grief, career decisions, and men’s issues. Although I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, I mainly utilize tenets from Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we will work to challenge self-defeating thoughts and behaviors that may have you feeling stuck.
