About
Let's "find the calm" in the "chaos" together. Rediscovery your intuitive self in the challenges of the stress we face.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and as a Licensed Professional Counselor my areas of expertise are Anxiety, Addiction, EMDR and Self-Guided Biofeedback. I maintain a private practice near the Texas Christian University Campus in Fort Worth and Aledo, Texas.
Through a grant, I developed a program titled, "Calm Cats" to help children and families struggling with anxiety, anger, and lack of focus and/or school attendance concerns. Using small group counseling and self guided biofeedback, the program spread throughout the state of Texas. See my website at www.FindtheCalm.net.
