I offer a supportive space for those in their 20's, 30's, and 40's to explore thoughts & emotions while addressing how they influence your actions and therefore well-being and happiness. Together, we'll navigate & nurture your inner world – mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually – embracing the entirety of who you are, including your strengths & shadows. IFS, CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapeutic models inform my practice. I also offer women processing groups for those who want deeper connections and a comfortable place to learn strategies toward fuller and fulfillment and tools for processings hard emotions.
With a background enriched by learning (including an undergrad, two master's degrees, post-grad certificates, & two counseling credentials) I bring a passion for growth and change. Navigating the needs (and wants) of four kids, ten to 21, I understand the intricacies of finding work/famiIy/fun balance.
In my downtime, I play kids' chauffeur, devise ways to coax my teens from their bedrooms, practice yoga with my partner, walk our dogs, e-bike through SLC, travel, or simply enjoy a coffee & good book on our porch while neighbors browse our little free library.
