I have been serving children, adolescents, and adults for many years as an Outpatient Therapist. I assisted clients aged 3-83 with behavioral and mental health issues such as ODD, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, etc. I love what I do and I am here to support you in helping you become the best version of yourself.
I am licensed in North Carolina, Michigan, and soon to be South Carolina, that way I can reach out to as many people as possible for help and support. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Approach, but have incorporated Family Systems Theory, Person-Centered, Attachment Theory, etc., all based on my individual client's needs.
In our first session, we will collaborate on realistic treatment plan goals that highlight what you want and need from therapy. I place a high value on my relationship with my clients and I always want them to feel comfortable with expressing their needs with me in this therapeutic process, a positive therapist and client rapport is very important to me.
