My practice is built on listening compassionately, not being judgemental but empowering, and helping my clients develop the confidence to actively participate in their relationships. I do this through understanding their issues, their attachment style, and any diagnosed or undiagnosed disorders. We will work on setting boundaries, trauma response/reaction, and recognizing and verbalizing needs.

I want to help you find your center again. Anxious or depressive thoughts pop up and interrupt the life you are trying to lead. The story you thought was going to play out for your life, somehow just doesn't happen. I want to help you rewrite whatever parts of your narrative aren't working for you. You can find a way toward a better life, but you have to understand how your story impacts the way you show up in your own skin and the way you pursue relationship. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in the treatment of reproductive and maternal mental health and adoption. I am the owner of Tennessee Reproductive Therapy (and Arkansas Reproductive Therapy), which supports individuals and couples through the life stages of infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and adoption.

I have been practicing Clinical Psychology for 30+ years and have been with Brentwood Counseling Associates, the oldest psychological practice in this area, since 1988. I see clients of all ages, starting from adolescence. Sub-specialties include: ADDICTIONS; ANXIETY; DEPRESSION; SPIRITUAL/RELIGIOUS ISSUES. HYPNOTHERAPY can be used for these problems, or for smoking cessation, weight issues, fear of flying and other phobias. I am a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - I specialize in trauma & EMDR I have a specialization in early childhood mental health and attachment, although I don't see as many kids as I used to - I was formerly involved in a lot of court cases related to children and expert testimony. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and families. I have experience working with dissociative and personality disorders related to trauma.
