You want relief from anxiety and depression and you are coming to therapy for help. You struggle to numb painful emotions in order to get through your busy life. But listening to the voice of these feelings, to really uncover the deeper needs associated with these feelings can be our roadmap toward wholehearted living. I can help you uncover your true self.

My approach includes Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment-based techniques for individuals and couples. I offer unique approaches to therapy including half-day or full-day intensives and counseling at off-site locations. I understand the courage it takes to seek out counseling, and continue to do my own work, individually and in marriage therapy.

Please join us for a weekly Women's processing group that will take place on ZOOM which is an online portal that gives us access to see each of the participants and interact for an hour each week. The goal of the group is to help you reconnect to your head and your heart, to better understand your feelings so that you understand your needs, and to learn to experience true intimacy with others. The group experience is a powerful way to gain support during the pandemic and to do so in an economical way. Groups are $150/month for weekly one hour sessions.
