While I use a variety of approaches, I am a certified EMDR therapist. I work with my clients to make the mind/body connection, so that you will not only think more positively, but also feel better and find ways to handle current life situations in ways you feel good about. EMDR tends to be especially efficient in achieving these goals. I use EFT for couples.
