I often say, counseling can be a bit like cleaning out a closet. You have to take things out, go through and organize them, and then put them back where they need to go. In a similar fashion, counseling can be messy, but with time and hard work, can lead to healthier, more enjoyable living. Throughout this life, we all have our individual struggles and hardships, but we weren't meant to carry them alone. No matter who you are or what you've been through, there is hope. In our sessions together, I strive to come alongside you in the pursuit of that hope and restorative healing.
I have worked extensively with children, teens, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, parenting issues, relationship problems, and more.
