Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (and now individuals!) is the most empirically validated treatment found today to help couples heal, with a 90% improvement rate! Trained EFT therapists help couples understand and reorganize their emotional responses to be accessible, responsive and engaged to find more security in their attachment to each other.
