Maybe you are a time in your life in which you are questioning all that you held to be true. I believe that much of our sorrow and struggles are rooted in relational harm in our past, and that similarly, there is healing to be found in not remaining alone in your experience and process of past and present pain. I would be honored to join you as you step more fully into the stories that have shaped who you are.
I work creatively and collaboratively with each client. I utilize modalities that center on integrating past experiences into the present so these experiences don't disrupt life in unconscious, unforeseen ways. I help clients manage anxiety and process past traumas and relational dynamics and griefs.
