I am currently accepting new clients. I counsel from a Christian perspective and my focus is adult individual therapy. I have over a decade of experience and I specialize in helping those with anxiety, addiction, trauma related issues, and deep or prolonged feelings of sadness. Counseling can often feel like a leap into the unknown. With this in mind, I provide an environment that is sensitive and empathetic, combined with therapeutic techniques that are backed by research. Balancing freedom and constraints in our every day lives leaves many of us with anxiety, depression, health concerns, family issues and work stress. As a sexual health practitioner, I focus on dynamic practical activities, surrogate partner therapy and hands-on work. I specialize in brain-body rehabilitation of the sexual system in a sex-positive environment. My clients are of any sex orientation/identity. My practice is action-based, experiential "Do-Therapy". My clients are seeking solutions for: performance anxiety, premature ejaculation (PE), erectile dysfunction (ED), delayed or lack of ejaculation (DE), low sexual desire, vaginismus, painful sex/pelvic pain, orgasmic disorders, mismatched libidos; sexual inexperience, understanding their sexuality and late life virginity.

My 4th client was a Homemaker recovering from an anti-depressant addiction, trying to find her HAPPY PLACE while balancing being a mother & wife.
