Currently offering a six-session individualized secure and confidential telehealth therapy program for late-diagnosed autistic women. Some of my other areas of specialty are: family-of-origin challenges, relationships, workplace and career concerns, anxiety / stress, psychological factors affecting medical conditions, and recovering from religious trauma. My approach to therapy acknowledges the role societal/systemic factors play in mental health challenges, with a focus on feminism and economic/political/social/medical justice. I'm a LGBTQ+ ally, COVID-competent, and neurodiversity-affirming.
I use insight and action-oriented talk therapy and when appropriate for the therapy goals and desired by the client, clinical hypnosis. I am certified as a master personal and executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching, the leader in coach training for coaches with graduate degrees. I integrate coaching into the therapy process.
