I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience in the helping profession. I offer both in-person and telehealth talk-therapy.
I am informed in several Evidence-Based Practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
I utilize a compassionate, client-centered approach to provide clients from early adulthood through the later stages in life a safe place for exploration, healing, personal growth and for finding direction in life.
