Hi, I've been in practice since 1980, I work best with adults and adolescents. My areas of interest are individual and couple therapy. Specific areas are stress disorders, eating disorders, sexual problems, substance abuse, anger, relationship problems, depression and anxiety disorders and coaching. I look at where you are emotionally, nutritionally, your physical fitness level and medical status.I do an evaluation and design a treatment plan to reach your goals.

I am a psychologist for sport, health, and life. I have spent 15 years studying, writing, teaching, and coaching people on how to perform at their best. I have worked with world-class performers from the arenas of sports, business, healthcare, and the United States Army. I have special expertise in Performance Psychology and train clients on how to strengthen the mental and emotional skills that underlie human performance excellence and sustainable resilience. I am a subject matter expert in the field of self-regulation techniques that promote optimism, resilience, alertness, and composure in high-pressure situations.

Michelle Hider, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), specializes in working with adolescents and adults who present with addiction, anxiety, mood disturbances, PTS, and self-injurous behaviors. She's a trained Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Hakomi, IFS, and breathwork therapist who integrates strength-based, existential, and culturally sensitive modalities to help people heal and thrive. She supports goals clients identify and believes connection, loving presence, and community are an integral part of healing and recovery. Her main focus is to meet clients where they are by supporting changes they are ready to make.
