Hi, I've been in practice since 1980, I work best with adults and adolescents. My areas of interest are individual and couple therapy. Specific areas are stress disorders, eating disorders, sexual problems, substance abuse, anger, relationship problems, depression and anxiety disorders and coaching. I look at where you are emotionally, nutritionally, your physical fitness level and medical status.I do an evaluation and design a treatment plan to reach your goals.
My approach is seeing you as a whole person, we are in this together, I give very clear feedback and am involved . I use myself as a tuning fork, this is not a protocol but tailored to you and what will help.
I've been in full time practice in Walnut Creek for 36 years, this has given me a unique perspective on people and the human condition. I am also old enough to have a breath of real world experience which I bring to my practice.
