I have worked in hospitals, outpatient programs, as well as private practice settings. I have helped many individuals over the past 17 years with mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. During that time I have been everything from an “Overnight/ Stay-awake” in residential facilities, a crisis intervention worker performing suicide and homicide evaluations, to being a Clinical Director of a mental health program for a large company.
