***I have openings for new clients*** I have always been interested in working with people who don't quite feel like they "fit the mold." I particularly enjoy working with parents and their kids - esp. homeschoolers and folks with ADHD! I use play with purpose to help facilitate communication, awareness, and the therapeutic process. I use a lot of art, crafts & writing to help people express themselves. You will not find a one-size-fits-all approach here, instead we will work together to find an individualized approach that helps empower everyone involved and help you meet your goals! I am telehealth only right now.
My particular specialty is using art and other hands-on techniques to help people express themselves when they are having difficulties. Whether it's a young child who is having trouble in school, or an adult feeling overwhelmed - my therapy practice can help you express the things you struggle with.
I have a background in recreation, writing, working with adults with disabilities, and alternative education. Online therapy can be a great option. If you are feeling like other professionals just don't understand you, or you are tired of feeling boxed into a "cookie cutter mold" please contact me.

Online TEEN Art Group
One teen wrote, "This group is a lot of fun. It's always very chill and welcoming, it's a weekly reason to get my creative brain working, analyze my art in a way that I don't usually do, and connect with other artists my age." We meet online every week to work on an open-ended art prompt! Group members can have cameras on or off, speak or not, chat or not - it's very low pressure and has been an absolutely wonderful experience for creative teens with some anxiety. LGBTQIA+ friendly, no art experience necessary!
