I am passionate about helping my clients regain balance, hope and pleasure back into their lives. I specialize in eating disorders and co-occurring disorders, trauma, mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, and relational issues.
I received my Master’s in Professional Counseling, specializing in trauma, abuse & depravation. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) trained in, and utilize, DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Therapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
