I work as an individual and couples therapist with all populations and I presently focus my practice on adolescents and adults.
My practice specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety and mood concerns, helping navigate and improve intimate and family relationships, guiding through major life transitions, and caring for those suffering from issues rooted in systemic racial oppression, socioeconomic barriers, LGBTQIA+ concerns, cultural/spiritual differences, and more.
