I am a licensed clinical social worker and a Zen Buddhist priest.
I’ll help you heal emotional wounds, reduce reactivity, and teach you to direct your thoughts and energy toward the future you want for yourself. Through mind-body awareness exercises, breathwork, grounding meditations, and techniques based on the modern brain science of neuropsychology, we'll craft a way that might work for you.
