As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I invite individuals to be their authentic self and am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome their obstacles. My approach is client centered, collaborative, strength based and tailored to meet your needs. I assist individuals in exploring their feelings and challenging their thinking in order to foster a healthier relationship with their self and others. I provide a safe, warm, and empathetic space for my clients.

My therapeutic approaches include: CBT, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic. I am also trained in EMDR. I utilize the therapeutic relationship to guide clients towards their goals. I believe all individuals are unique and have strengths. I am here to collaboratively work with you to make meaningful changes.
