In a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative setting, I aim to assist clients to feel empowered, resilient, self-accepted, and better equipped to handle life's varying stressors. I am honored to be in the position of assisting clients to thrive. My ideal client is an adult (18 y/o - 64 y/o); And I often work with clients facing a variety of life challenges such as self-esteem issues, grief, life transitions, work related stress, parenting challenges, among other challenges - that can manifest themselves as excessive worry or sadness, and/or not feeling seen or understood.
My primary therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic. I believe that in order to thrive in our lives it is helpful to be aware of the conscious and unconscious mind. It is through heightened awareness that you can make lasting change(s) in your life.
