My specialty includes working with family conflicts, relationship issues, those struggling with anxiety and depression, substance use, and trauma recovery. My counseling style is driven from mindfulness. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered approach. Interventions are tailored to the individual.
It takes a great amount of courage to reach out for help. I believe that the client is the expert of themselves but perhaps need a bit of professional guidance.
