I specialize in exploring how life experiences shape our brains and bodies. Experiences help us focus and feel connected—or leave us feeling anxious, unmotivated, and detached from our lives. So, in addition to talk therapy, I offer experiential practices like art and writing, mindfulness work, and mind/body practices to regulate our stress response systems.
I have experience working with and welcome clients from LGBTQIA+, kink, and monogamous/ non-monogamous communities. I’m comfortable discussing race—especially whiteness—and value understanding how structural oppressions impact people’s lives. I have also supported clients with grief and loss, alcohol and substance-use, and early/later life traumas.
