My name is Erika Lin and I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that who we are today is shaped by our past experiences and relationships. I like to work with my clients to recognize, identify, and change patterns in their lives in order to work towards the life they wish to live! I come from a family systems-based background and I work with clients to identify and make changes in their relationships and environment to achieve long-lasting change. I often utilize a systems approach, such as structural family therapy. I also utilize an emotionally-focused and attachment-based approach to therapy.

Hello, my name is Roslynn Noble. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 89024). This means I am trained as a therapist and as a social worker. I have worked as a clinical social worker for the last 10 years. Most recently my area of focus has been brief therapy, which focuses on stabilizing a single issue in 5-12 sessions. Therapy can be overwhelming, and the first few sessions are sometimes spent identifying and prioritizing what to stabilize.

I work from a humanistic, integrative approach. The way that I view Integrative psychotherapy is to honor the process of taking disowned or unresolved aspects (or parts) of the self and bring them together in order to help one find their "true authentic self." This process reduces defense mechanisms, and supports each client to integrate those protective parts in order to engage with the world, themselves and the people they care about. I bring presence, as well as unconditional personal regard to all my clients.

My specialty is Domestic Violence -child abuse/sexual assault. I have been working with VOC from the DA's office for over 10 years providing services to both men and women/children in crises situations. I work with CCC Superior Court, Family and Criminal to help individuals seek visitations with their children after an arrest or involvement with CFS. I also perform as a 730 expert. I provide couples therapy, reunification therapy. I see teens who are having trouble in school and at home. I work with whole families to teach communication tools and implement behavior modification tools. I am a systems therapist.
