Hello and thank you for your interest in my practice. We often need support as we try to make sense of this messy thing called life! I have a deep respect and appreciation for the many challenges associated with navigating a child's developmental journey, the joy and stress of parenting, finding balance within your relationships and unity as a family.
When working with young children, I believe the most important person in your child’s life is YOU, and I aim to involve parents throughout the therapeutic process so you are able to learn tools to support your child at home.
With adolescents, my hope is to provide a space where their voice can be heard and support them in learning how to manage their world. With adults/couples, I strive to celebrate your strengths, address the challenges in a practical way to support a healthy and functional trajectory for yourself, you and your partner or for the family system as a whole.
