It's been a wild ride the past few years, wouldn't you agree? I believe that everyone has innate resilience and the ability to find solutions, no matter how bad or uncertain things seem. Often it's when you finally ask for help that the greatest opportunity for growth and change occurs. I can help you move through those difficult places, whether it feels like depression, anxiety or feeling stuck. If you improve one area of your life, the rest will follow.
Whatever issues you bring to session, we will tap into your psychological immune system to get you in touch with your own resiliency.
