I help couples and individuals get beyond the surface of the issue and heal the root causes of their pain. I create a safe environment for you to feel seen and known as you heal your trauma and attachment wounds. I use an attachment and trauma-informed lens and use IFS, Emotion Focused Therapy, DBT, Gottman Method, and mind-body approaches.

In these sessions, you will learn about what it means to grow up with a dysfunctional family and how this formed you and your coping styles as an adult. You will develop skills for navigating dysfunction in relationships and building deeper, more connected relationships in your life today. This is a 6-week group that will meet weekly on Thursdays at 6pm.
