You're successful, yet exhausted by life. Self-acceptance is difficult. You're secretly miserable and want a better life. You want healthy relationships, yet your efforts have not worked. You are tired of negative feelings and shame and are motivated to make positive changes. If you want to improve your life in the face of painful doubt, I am here to help. You'll feel safe, supported and not judged. You and I will work together as a team, in a solution focused way, to help you better understand your challenges and to create a great life. Why suffer another day? Please email me! I have limited openings 1 on 1 and group is open!
I will meet you where you are! I am an intensively trained DBT therapist (Behavioral Tech) who loves to help individuals recognize "blind spots," learn to regulate emotions; develop stress tolerance; improve relationships; and shift thinking, emotions and behavior to significantly improve life. I also teach clients meditation and to build shame resilience.
