While this is important it's not the only component of well-being we should be improving. To achieve lasting health we need to understand the importance of the body, mind and soul and how they work together to build our overall wellbeing. A healthy body keeps you well and active, a healthy mind keeps you focused and engaged, a healthy soul keeps you fulfilled and content.

My clients come from many backgrounds - they are children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families - and are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, women’s issues, anger management, ADHD, autistic spectrum disorder, addiction issues, couples therapy, and working through LGBTQ+ issues. I partner with my clients in the change process and empower them through using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other tailored approaches.

I have been working as a counselor in the mental health field for 20+ years. There have been many diverse opportunities where I've provided counseling and crisis stabilization for children, families, adolescents and young adults.
