Healing doesn’t happen in isolation but in connection. I care deeply about co-creating a safe, nurturing therapeutic space, one where you (individually or with your partner/family) can identify and divest yourself of the internalized narratives and patterns that no longer serve you. Our beliefs are shaped largely by the stories we have been told all our lives - by family, peers, culture, religion, and larger systems that we may not even be aware of. In partnership, we can examine what narratives you want to hold onto and which ones hold you back from living in alignment with the person/couple/family you want to be.
I can help each of you to explore, in a safe, compassionate, and contained way, some of the wounds from the past that you may carry - from past generations, trauma, abuse, alcoholism, harmful relationships, past mistakes, and/or events and circumstances beyond your control. Your own comfort level and pace will be our guides. Why probe these wounds?
Because unprocessed pain can sometimes be stuffed down or pushed aside, but it can’t be healed. Let’s get it out in the open and make new meanings around old hurts. You can heal and live with intentionality rather than reactivity. You can live a life that is in line with your values – who you want to be and how you want to show up for yourself and others.
