My goal as a therapist is to help kids, teens, and young adults have healthy attachments, high self-esteem, and the skills to handle big emotions. Together we can identify and disrupt troubling behavioral patterns and ditch the unhelpful family traditions passed down through generations. If you are tired of the status quo and able to commit to the therapeutic process (which can be inconvenient and uncomfortable at times), we may be a good match for each other. Please note: I have opted out of Oklahoma's health information exchange and offer affirming care.

I've focused my professional training on just a few modalities: Theraplay, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). These techniques offer evidence-based intervention to all age groups, and can be offered in-person or via telehealth. You are here researching therapists - I encourage you to research these too!
