My work with you begins with the recognition that it takes courage to seek help. You may have questions about why you feel the way you feel and why you do the things you do. I believe you are not defined by your symptoms. I offer psychoanalytically-informed psychotherapy for adults, couples and adolescents. A bi-cultural multilingual immigrant and French native, my style is warm, down-to-earth, personal, and associative in nature. I am attentive to our similarities and differences in gender, sexuality, ethnic and cultural background, as well as others markers of identity.
Sometimes, engaging with emotional pain involves making contact with wordless places and unthought truths. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process.
