I provide integrative, holistic psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Whether it's depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, or any of life's difficult transitions, I meet my clients where they are and work collaboratively to help them find healing, transformation, and wellbeing.

Beginning therapy takes courage, and I feel a direct and simplistic approach can help alleviate the struggle brought on by work, relationships, and personal challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing struggles brought on by the pandemic and/or a variety of mental health disorders. A client's goals can be defined in session and issues may be intertwined when explored in more detail. My style of therapy is adaptable to the need of the client. By working together we can gain a better understanding of your past to create a more optimistic future. I am bilingual Punjabi/English.
