I am passionate about supporting teens and adults in their healing journeys of grief, depression, and trauma. As an Asian American immigrant, bisexual, and first-generation college student myself, I also feel deeply about the unique challenges and stressors of code-switching from one culture to another in order to survive. If you feel othered, devastated, or losing control of your life, I offer you a safe and compassionate space to navigate complex emotions, find support within yourself and your community, and experience transformation to feel balanced and whole.

Huyen Vo is a first-generation Asian American therapist who specializes in helping BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) teens and adults process and heal from immigration, intergenerational, and/or childhood traumas. Her expertise also extends to other areas, including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, and emotion regulation. With 20+ years of experience in healing from traumas and navigating systemic barriers, she understands firsthand that the inner work can feel overwhelming. It's her priority to provide culturally affirming and trauma-informed care that honors each client's unique experience.
