I help individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and self-doubt find clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or low self-esteem—functioning on the outside while quietly wondering when they will finally feel okay again. You don’t have to navigate that alone.
In therapy, I provide a supportive and grounded space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to understand the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening self-trust, and developing practical skills to manage distress in everyday life.
I take an active and collaborative role in therapy, helping you not only gain insight but also apply meaningful change outside of sessions. My goal is to help you move beyond survival mode and into a place of greater emotional balance, confidence, and connection to yourself—so you can feel more grounded, capable, and aligned in your life.

Groups
Teen Coping & Confidence Group using CBT
This 6-week CBT-based teen group (ages 14–17) helps adolescents build skills to manage anxiety, overthinking, low mood, and stress while strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem. In a supportive small-group setting, teens learn to understand connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, challenge negative thinking patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. Interactive and skill-focused, teens apply tools in real-life situations at school, reducing isolation by connecting with peers who share similar experiences.
