I have worked clinically with teens, children and their families for the last 20 years. I use play therapy to help children with issues of anxiety, grief, attachment, academic struggles and transitions in life. I believe in working with the child/or teen and the caregiver(s) to explore the behaviors, and strengthen the relationships. I use music, art, sand and CBT skills with teens. I provide a safe supportive environment for adults, young adults to develop greater awareness of themselves. The goal being to assist them to achieve greater balance in their life and relationships
