Occasionally we need someone to help guide us back to ourselves and to ground in that inner knowledge. Whether it is mid-life transitions, loss, trauma, our past history, relationships, or simply the chaotic pace of our modern life that has caused us to lose touch, finding our way back helps us to find what we are seeking. Decisions and life transitions then feel a little less burdensome, our relationships less fraught with conflict, our lives a little more joyful. I think Jon Kabat-Zinn found the most eloquent way of saying it...

When we stop trying to make something happen, a whole world of fresh, unanticipated experiences become accessible."
With 24 years of experience I have a wide knowledge base and training to pull from when looking at what might be helpful. My approach is primarily based on Mindfulness Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Jung, and Hakomi. I am also practicing Ecotherapy (outdoor sessions using nature and deep imagery as a mirror for finding your way back to yourself).
