I am a trauma-informed licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who is dedicated to helping people from diverse backgrounds reach their personal goals and lead more satisfying lives. My areas of clinical expertise include supporting clients with issues related to mood, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, attention, learning, behavior, stress management, substance abuse and life transitions.
In working with a broad rage of clients, I have developed an understanding and appreciation for each individual's unique strengths and natural resiliency. We will work together toward your goals through individual, group or family therapy in a safe, nonjudgemental environment.
I am Nationally Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trained in EMDR and Play Therapy. In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide parenting support, educational consultations with schools and IEP development, community-based referrals, and advocacy for equitable access to programs and services.
