Having served in the military for 16 years, I am passionate about my work with veterans and law enforcement and I am best known for my "no BS" approach to therapy. I work to hold clients accountable to their personal goals by confronting their inner critics and embracing the discomfort of vulnerability.

My main objective is to inspire confidence and create a sense of empowerment in my clients, ultimately creating courage and trust in oneself while minimizing the need for therapy.
