I am a certified sex therapist with a focus on sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. Additionally, I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) & IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out), and Perinatal Mental Health.
