I enjoy working with individuals and couples to improve their marriages and partnerships. This includes supporting people in improving their emotional and sexual relationships, and working through sexual struggles including erectile dysfunction and desire difference. Additionally there can be tension around getting on the same page with parenting. I have worked with parents to discuss their differing beliefs and parenting styles to come to more into alignment with each other. Your kids will thank you (if not now, likely later :)!
I have also worked quite a bit with individual men, and issues men struggle with. Often this includes taking a look at how your experiences and decisions may be impacting your marriage, work life, relationship with alcohol and substance, family relationships etc. With this, you can gain the awareness to have more peace and better relationships.
I also work with adolescent males on issues such as: identity peer interactions and influence, relationship with parents, divorce and related issues, romantic relationships, substance use, anxiety, depression, school, career future and more.

Virtual Men's Group
This is a virtual (video) men's group. This group supports men in improving their relationships and marriages. This includes work on reducing shame, improving ability to share feelings, and being vulnerable. This group also supports men in gaining clarity about what they may be contributing in their relationships (both negatively and positively) and further understanding of how childhood dynamics impact them today. The cost is $180/month, billed at the start of each month.
