Hi, I'm Rhonda Lake and I have 14 yrs. experience and specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and those overwhelming feelings in your life. Furthermore, I am a certified trauma and EMDR specialist. I focus on integrating neuroscience with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapies, EMDR, somatic approaches. In addition, I have been a Christian for 38 years and do both Christian and non-Christian counseling. My style of counseling is to be interactive and present with you.

Nikole is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a credentialed clinician with NBCC. She has a passion and heart for mental and behavioral health. It is her desire to be able to provide a safe environment for her clients and families by helping them feel empowered through the therapeutic process. Nikole assists her clients' by teaching and providing tools and focusing on relational & client centered approaches. In doing so, her hope for her clients is that they will have a progressive successful, healthy, and whole self. She treats a wide variety of behavioral and mental health needs both for adults, children and marriage/families.

I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with multiple addictions, mood regulation, trauma, behavioral, and relational issues. Many of my clients report struggling with trying to fill a void, feeling lost, or stuck. This may show up as some sort of unhealthy coping mechanism such as an addiction, unhealthy relationships, or a behavioral issue.
