I am a Christ- centered trauma-informed therapist. I work quickly to discover the root issues of the symptoms with which you present, in counseling. While using a Christian world view, my approach to therapy is to utilize EMDR/IFS to heal past wounds, hurts, and traumas that may be impacting you today. I meet clients where they are and integrate spirituality as they feel comfortable.
I am excited to be offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for chronic, unremitting traumatic stress, depression and anxiety, to assist clients who have “ tried everything “ and are still STUCK.
I am a clinical supervisor, approved by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I train Licensed Associate Counselors, practicum students, and interns in integrating Christianity into the therapeutic process, utilizing EMDR/IFS. We are pleased to offer a sliding fee scale if you see our "therapists in training."
I have been counseling all of my adult life in a variety of different settings. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and always helping you to reach your God-given potential. I am a fitness and yoga instructor and seek to assist my clients in becoming whole in spirit, soul, and body.
