I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapeutic counseling for adults, children, youth and families with expertise in treating trauma, grief, and anxiety. Death of a loved one, miscarriage, bullying, divorce, constant moves, and chronic stress can create symptoms of trauma that become debilitating and create barriers to healthy, happy relationships. I work with a wholistic approach that incorporates body, mind, and heart to help people find peace amidst the chaos and pain that can sometimes arise in life.
I have a passion for helping individuals and families gain insight into their past and identify current experiences that are causing chronic stress and anxiety. I work with trauma focused therapies including EMDR and Sand Tray therapy. My personal journey enriches my clinical approach in offering hope and insight that promotes self-awareness and change.
Living with symptoms of anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, or debilitating grief can bring overwhelming feelings and a loss of hope. It is my honor to sit with the hurting and help lead them back to a space of hope and peace.
