This belief is the cornerstone of my practice and my commitment to you is to use that conviction to inform our work together. I have experience working with individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other effects of trauma, grief and loss, aging, and parenting and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorders and/or intellectual disabilities and their families.
There is room for creativity in therapy and will work with you to discover how therapy best works for you. I begin with a strengths-based model that focuses on where you want to be - then we collaborate as you problem-solve, experiment, explore and journey toward that goal.
I work actively to build therapeutic relationships that help clients build strengths, harness their assets, and assess their needs to reach creative, effective, and lasting change.
