I am a professional that most find extremely easy to talk to. I have honed the skill of therapeutic maneuverability which means my clients get what they need in therapy, whether it is someone to listen to them and help process thoughts or to give them tools and help develop skills to be the best possible version of themselves. I am very validating and edifying at times, but I don't sugarcoat what needs to be said. I managed LDS Family Services for 13 years and loved directing the 12-step Addiction Recovery Program in Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. I've been recruited by multiple residential treatment centers, a hospital, a skilled nursing facility, and by an IOP program assessing and treating substance abuse and domestic violence.

I don't judge ANY of my clients and I meet them where they are at to work on their goals. I have special trainings and certifications with Brainspotting a brain based trauma approach; working with children through play therapy, couples therapy & LGBTQ+ relationships and issues.
