My first responsibility is to connect with what makes you unique. I need to understand your background, your story, your pain, and what drove you to make the decision to seek help. That understanding will help me tailor my approach to meet your specific and personal needs. I love being a therapist. I love helping. I have deep compassion for people who are in pain.
I have experience working with individuals and families who suffer from chronic illness other medical issues. I am most at home working with depression, anxiety, and helping people overcome the effects of traumatic life events. I am passionate about helping people with self-esteem challenges or people who feel rejected, isolated, and abandoned.
