Authenticity is our highest energy. Living a true and coherent life is critical to meaning health. Finding empowerment to trust the true authority within ourselves whether deconstructing religion, toxic parenting, coercive control systems, etc., I meet clients where they are at to work on their goals to living their most authentic life. Everything we need is within us. I have special training and certifications with Brainspotting a brain based trauma approach; working with children through play therapy, couples therapy & LGBTQ+ relationships and issues. You deserve a supportive space to heal and thrive.
I have play therapy specialties and with well with children. They need support just like adults. I am also dedicated to offering safety to my LGBTQ+ friends. Recently added body and energy/Reiki healing to my practice and approach also. "There is no turf when it comes to healing"- David Grand. I am Neuro-divergent therapist for divergent minds.
My number 1 goal is to make therapy a safe space for people. It really shouldn't matter what you're struggling through, feeling or experiencing. You don't need to go it alone. We all deserve support with the battles we fight. We are all "wounded healers". Sometimes we just need a safe space to learn to trust our body and intuition again.

Religious Trauma Syndrome is one of the topics that I specialize in, Blended family issues as well as what is now called "Legal Abuse Syndrome". From an article; When mothers separate from abusive partners, they often turn to family court for help but face "ongoing legal abuse when abusive partners use court processes to further enact coercive control and judicial betrayal".

One of my favorite modalities is acceptance and compassion based therapy; Carl Rogers said, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change". We are ALWAYS evolving and growing if we just allow the process to unfold with loving patience for ourselves.
